When it comes to supplies, it’s crucial to have a list of emergency contacts to store in the aid kit in case of an emergency. Also, it’s key to have medications such as aspirin for heart attacks, Tylenol, and Advil. Band-Aids are also needed for first aid kits and absorbent compress dressings. It’s also important to have tweezers, cotton pads, and non-latex gloves.
